The composition for 2022 comprises Syrah (85%) and Carignan (15%) grapes, that are all farmed organically, biodynamically and harvested by hand. In the cellar élevage takes place in a combination of demi-muids (84%) and 3000 litre foudre (16%). Considering the multi-vintage composition this is a superbly balanced wine that displays incredible freshness and expresses perfectly the terroir of the Fenouillèdes.
