VINOUS - The 2022 Chablis Village is delightful, fresh, and quite animated with orange rind, Golden Delicious and light nutty scents. Very precise. The palate is well-balanced with a crisp line of acidity, quite spicy on the mid-palate with a pleasant richness on the finish without compromising terroir expression.
BURGHOUND - An agreeably fresh nose speaks of various white orchard fruit, citrus peel and a hint of oyster shell. The caressing and delicious but solidly punchy middleweight flavors possess good length on the balanced, clean and moderately dry finale. This attractive effort should drink well young as well as age over the mid-term.
