History,
Armagnac Larressingle was founded in 1837 in Armagnac Tenareze, in the fortified village of Larressingle. Being one of the purest representative of the Gascony tradition, we concentrate our efforts to perpetuate its know-how and keep the Armagnac original flavour. This is why we select exclusively wines from these traditional terroirs, known for their boulbenes and clay-limestone soil. On these terroirs, the eaux-de-vie are powerful and full-bodied, holding exceptional cellaring potential.
Tasting Notes,
Taste: Dark gold color. Gives off aromas of honey and vanilla on the nose. Frank attack on the palate, mid-palate dominated by gingerbread and pepper. Vanilla and toasted finish.
Pairings: Its complexity allows it to accompany strong-tasting meats, such as game.
