The Lillie vineyards is a five acre vineyards located just west of the Langtry house. Like its namesake, Lillie is unique with restrictive, shallow, magnesium-laced soils producing modest yields for a vigorous variety.
Aged for 4 months in steel, and an additional 4 months in neutral barrel, the 2023 Lillie Sauvignon Blanc has fragrant notes of lemongrass and apricot intermingle with subtle notes of orange blossom and gooseberry. Ripe citrus zest throughout, with touches of candied lemon and sweetgrass. Its acidity plays out with crisp and vibrancy, accenting its round midpalate and finishing with zesty lemon curd.
