A tres "Pinot" rose for the dinner table, this cuvee is a blend of 55% Pinot Noir (of which 12% is still red wine} and 45% Chardonnay mostly (60%) from the 2020 vintage with the balance drawn from reserve wines. Here Delphine has deftly harmonized the cuvée's red wine phenolics with a generous 8 g/l dosage. The result is a bold, deep reddish-pink fizz that churns with brambly red fruits and juicy blood-orange flavors that, while lacking a bit of subtlety, more that make up for it with a savory deliciousness that can't be beat.
