Blanco tequila produced in Arandas, Jalisco, by Gran Dinastía (NOM 1610) Maestra Tequilera Elena Camarena 100% Blue Weber (Agave tequilana) single estate grown at an elevation of over 7,000 feet Cooked in brick ovens Crushed with a roller mill Fermented in open stainless steel tanks Distilled twice using stainless steel pot stills A clean, elegant tequila full of soft vanilla, dried apricot and mango, and an undertone of sweet potato 40% ABV Tasting Notes Grown more than 6 years in the Los Altos region of Jalisco, around 7,000 feet above sea level, the agave is harvested carefully, leaving a maximum of 3 cm of the reproductive stalk on the piña. This extra nub of quiote lends pronounced grassy, herbal notes alongside sweet fruit from the sugars of the ripe piña. Aromas of lemongrass, fennel, and mint marry with crisp grapefruit zest, coconut hull and rich nectarine. 40% ABV
