NATURAL WINE. A DRY white blend of: 20% Riesling, 10% Silvaner, 10% Kerner, 10% Muller-Thurgau, 10% Chardonnay, 5% Pinot Blanc and 35% Johanniter. Aged in stainless steel tanks for six months before bottling. On the palate are notes of lemon zest, green apple, melon, white peach with delicate floral notes and ends with a clean, zesty finish. Delicious and fun! 12.5% ABV.
