Silky on the palate, milky in consistency, and.. you know when you have Froot Loops or Fruity Pebbles and afterwards the milk tastes fruity... this is pretty much what it tastes like. Seriously! Sounds odd, but it's actually quite delicious. There are some added health benefits to it as well.
