KILKERRAN HEAVY PEAT BATCH #9 59.2% 750ML CAMPBELTOWN SINGLE MALT SCOTCH WHISKY

A departure from our typically lightly peated single malt, our Heavily Peated Kilkerran is released twice per year at cask strength and around 45PPM. Although the maturation can vary, it is typically matured predominantly in Bourbon casks. Batch 9 Nose Notes of freshly baked shortbread, cream soda, banana loaf and coconut shavings introduce this heavily peated dram. Palate The creamy, vanilla notes carry through to the palate in notes of buttered digestive biscuits and custard creams. Finish The peat is prominent in the finish, along with hints of gooseberries to round off this dram.
