Kammer begins with 20 pounds of select cherries, from the Black Forest in Germany, which are mashed, fermented then distilled into a sublime kirschwasser. Leading with perfumed aromas of flowers, sour cherries, orris, coriander, juniper and candied berry, the flavors concentrate to reveal the earthy pit and tart skin of the cherry and evolve to botanical notes that include grains of paradise, cardamon and green pepper. This is dry, awake and vibrant with an amazing palate cleansing effect. The finish is tart, floral and princely. Try this neat, in a cocktail or with coffee or espresso; Also, it will shine in a multitude of culinary uses like: Black Forest cake, fondue, torts etc.
