History,
A whiskey aged full term in first fill Japanese "Kuri" chestnut barrels. After 7 years of aging in Japan, the barrels go to sea for 3 months, as all of Kaiyos whiskies do.
Tasting Notes,
Fragrant notes of lavender will fill your palate, while hints of raisin and eucalyptus balances the whisky. The finish is long with notes of ripe raspberry.
