This wine is very bright and pale straw with silver/green highlights. The aromas are of ripe lemon, green apple, peach, citrus blossom, and fresh herbal notes. Medium-bodied and dry with bright lemon and Granny Smith apple on entry and pineapple with fresh-cut herbs toward the midpalate. The moderately long finish is very clean and textured with sustained fresh citrus fruit, herbal, and mineral notes.This is fresh, classically styled sauvignon blanc that is perfect on a hot summer day before a meal as a refreshing aperitif, with lightly seared and salted Shishito or Padron peppers, or with freshly grilled shrimp marinated in olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon juice with oregano and served with a white wine, lemon and caper sauce.
