Clean, fruity aroma, where the varietal notes dominate and are mixed with delicate notes of aging. In the mouth fine and elegant entrance, with a persistent step and long aftertaste in time, of long acidity that accompanies us during the passage through the mouth and keeps it fresh, alive, never without losing the creamy sensation of the fine and well-integrated bubble.
