This comes from a minimal intervention winery in the Gredos Mountain range, from vineyards at 550-650 meters above sea level, with sandy granitic soils. This creates a more finessed, aromatic and mid-weight Garnacha-driven than you'd find elsewhere in Spain, along with lightly grippy tannnins. Delicious with cheeses and cured meats, medium-textured, flaky fish (tuna, trout, salmon,...) or roasted chicken.
