VINOUS 91 - 93 POINTS - "The 2023 Morgon Corcelette, from a parcel of 90-year-old vines that Burgaud purchased two years earlier, has a touch of chalk on the nose, darker fruit than the Grands Cras and a flinty tincture in the background. The palate is medium-bodied with firm tannins, a more austere and structured wine compared to the aforementioned cuvée, grippy with a touch of tobacco right on the finish. This will require more patience. Drink: 2027-2040. (Apr 2024)"
