JASPER MORRIS 94 POINTS - "Ménétrières reflects a mix of three soil types, clay, limestone and marl. One of the fuller yellow colours. Almost banana and cream on the nose, high class though. Here the fruit and the crystalline racy character march hand in hand, very well integrated with the oak as well. Waves of flavour course across the palate. Clearly an additional nobility, with a fine backbone and excellent length. 13.5% alcohol. Drink from 2028-2038."

In contrast to the relatively refined mouthfeel of the Perrières, the notably bigger-bodied flavors are rich, concentrated and powerful with seriously good punch on the strikingly long, balanced and sappy finale. In the context of what is typical for Pouilly-Fuissé, this is a big wine. Drink through 2030+."
