WINEMAKER NOTES - "Pale gold in color, the wine shows youthful exuberance, suggesting freshly harvested Sauvignon Blanc fruit. Floral notes, ranging from Meyer lemon blossom to honeysuckle, provide lift to the fruity aromas of grapefruit, lemongrass, and gooseberry. The palate is lively, with solid acidity and a creaminess originating from the interplay of sur lies treatment and completely integrated French oak. The 2021 Sauvignon Blanc will continue to age nicely in bottle for at least several more years."
