Hoyo's gorgeous Daiginjo sake, "Last Chance at Love" is finely milled to 35% and greets the drinker with a luscious nose of ripe strawberries and cream. It is soft and elegant with good structure. With a little time in the glass, it brought back childhood memories of Strawberry Quik, in a very positive way. It is slightly fruity but well-balanced with a nice lift towards the end as you unravel its complexity.
