VEGAN
This lovely Chasselas (a.k.a.: Fendant) is one of the best examples of the grape you can find. Known both as ‘The Lizard Wine’, and also Roger Moore’s (007's) favorite white wine, this terrific white is both steely and fresh while having an underlying richness. Stone fruits and white flowers abound whilst the palate posesses a distinct mineral edge to add complexity, making this wine wonderfully approachable now, but with the ability to age gracefully for several years from vintage. A wonderful match for river fish and poultry dishes.
