This new blend is 50% Whole Cluster Syrah, 25% Grenache and 25% Cinsault. Fermented in Open Top fermenters, Foot stomped and aged on the lees in neutral french oak. This is a fantastic summer/ spring red wine that was made for pizza and the grill! Very excited for this as we love a chillable red at Habit! Only 295 cases produced!
