BURGHOUND 90-92 POINTS - "*Outstanding, Top value** "Here too there is enough wood to notice framing the somber and beautifully layered nose of a variety of dark berries, the sauvage and humus. The delicious and vibrant larger-scaled flavors are impressively dense as the old vines are very much in evidence and in particular as to the generous level of sappy dry extract buffering the very firm tannins supporting the powerful, stony and strikingly long finale. Gevrey villages wines don't get a lot better and if served blind, this could easily pass for a 1er. If you can find it, buy it."
