Grey Stack Cellars is a small boutique wine label that uses only Estate grapes from the Bennett Valley Appellation. This area has a long and cherished history of growing exceptional wines. The climate of the valley is special and owes its cool coastal influence to the Petaluma Gap which flows into Sonoma Mountain during warm Summer days and cools down the vines each night.
