Nose: Redcurrant jelly, smoked cured meat, honey roasted ham, summer berries on an earthy forest floor, some floral and fragrant notes here too and a new leather, sour cherry and subtle sweet smoke.
Palate: Peppery and savoury red berries, that earthy/forest floor note, honey glazed smoked ham, spiced cranberry or redcurrants, touch of rosemary here too on a deep and rich body/mouthfeel.
