GORDON & MACHPHAIL MACALLAN 9YR DISTILLED 2002, BOTTLED 2011 43% 750ML The 2002 Gordon & Macphail Speymalt Single Malt may be a younger iteration of this legendary line but it does not disappoint. The aroma is light but raw with notes of very young sherry maturation, light orange and lemony citrus, and buttery young malt. Due to its young age it is still a little hot and raw with bright sherry overtone. It has a thick body that only lingers for a short time with bitter malt hints.
