Glen Moray is one of only a few distilleries who still malt their own barley on site and it remains a classic Speysider despite much of its product being used for blending purposes.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Clover honey and cereal grain with a fresh gristy character.
Palate: The palate is creamy with a little winter spice and a green herbaceousness.
Finish: The finish is swift and refreshing with lingering notes of vanilla and acacia honey.
Overall: This is a sweet and enjoyable single malt from this classic Speyside distillery.
