ABOUT THE PRODUCT
Banana cultivation dates back 12,000 years and is an important part of history. The banana tree is indeed considered to be the first plant cultivated by man for food purposes. The banana originates from Asia and has spread to Africa and all tropical areas of the world. It was already consumed by the Indians before the arrival, in 1500, of the Portuguese in Brazil. There are more than 1000 varieties of bananas produced locally in the world, it is one of the most consumed fruits in the world.
