Greets the palate with a glide of black cherries, raspberries and blue fruit highlights, lightly spiced – blossoming with floral notes, hints of underlying minerality and a tease of chocolate. Gains depth and sense of luscious as it breathes, with plumped up fruit and lovely length. Delicious now, especially when allowed some time to breathe and stretch – but there’s more to come if given another 2 – 3 years in bottle
