The 2021 Gemstone Vineyard Chardonnay is 100% heirloom selection Dijon clone. The grapes were hand-harvested early in the season giving the wine fresh, lively acidity, yet it is unmistakably fruit-forward and true to its Yountville terroir.
This richly elegant wine is vibrant and crisp with aromas of honeysuckle, tropical fruit, lemon zest and toasted almonds. It finishes with a creamy, round mouthfeel balanced by a touch of minerality.
