FAMILLE PAQUET 2022 BOURGOGNE BLANC

Carefully crafted from selected parcels of old vines, this family produced Chardonnay is structurally traditional, while adopting some modern practices of winemaking and a minimal intervention approach. Paquet is low-key benchmark in the price point and region. Lush aromas of tropical fruit and hay with a generous body of green and gold apple, brioche and beautiful flower petal crispness. The minerality is fresh and lithe, providing a structured lift to the finish.
