EDEN MILL SINGLE MALT SCOTCH SHERRY CASK Non Chill Filtered - Natural Colour The finest Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks from Bodega Jose y Miguel Martin in Spain give a decadent natural colour and a luxurious flavour profile. Sticky toffee pudding, nut brittle, chocolate raisins and cinnamon spice provide layer upon layer of decadence. The second expression of our flagship single malt releases, our Sherry Cask single malt has been finished in first-fill European Oak Oloroso and Pedro Ximinez casks. It has rich fruit cake notes and hints of toffee, with a delicious citrus finish. The bottle shape is inspired by the three peaks on the roof of our distillery and the front is embossed with our tagline, 'The Spirit of St. Andrews'. All our single malts are non-chill filtered and have natural colour. ABV: 46.0%
