TIM ATKIN 96 POINTS - "The nose is sheer "wow" for its compact density of diverse aromas. Seashells, straw, yellow apples and Meyer lemon show up at the start. It is surprisingly fruit-forward on the palate, but the firm rod of vivid acidity, the underlying power and the eternal finish show that this needs a long hibernation in the cellar to really show its colors. Benoît isn't sure if the INAO will allow this to be declared as Les Clos again in 2022, but he's already printed the labels. So, it will be 2023 before Les Clos is officially claimed as the climat again."
