Winemaker Notes -
This wine is a tribute to Armande Douhairet, whom everyone called "Mademoiselle". The 60-year-old estate vines come from La Combe d’Anay. Grapes are hand-harvested using small, open crates. 100% destemmed and a soft pneumatic press before settling in tank. Fermentation in barrels before ageing in 500L barrels (30% new).
