This Bas-Armagnac is made exclusively with the Baco grape variety, combining several different aged barrels. The youngest is 20 years old and therefore the one selected for its classification.
Tasting Notes: After extended aging, Baco shows a structure, complexity, finesse and elegance that are truly remarkable. The colour is golden with orange highlights. The nose is reminiscent of white pepper and ginger. The palate is marked by bitter orange, banana, and spices. The finish gives way to candied fruit notes.
