Tasting Notes
At the end of a long aging, Baco presents a structure, complexity, finesse and elegance that are quite remarkable. A dress with orange highlights. A nose reminiscent of white pepper and ginger. A palate marked by bitter orange, banana and spices. A finish that blossoms into candied fruit flavors.
Tasting advice
To be enjoyed as is, to appreciate the fullness of the Baco grape variety . It goes wonderfully with honey pastries.
