Darren Delmore worked nine harvests at iconic wineries such as Hirsch Vineyard, Whitethorn, Goldeneye, and Two Hands. Delmore translates to “Of the Sea” and he focuses on ocean influenced central coast Pinot Noir and Syrah vineyards, with natural winemaking practices. Delmore is a member of RAW WINE, and the wines are produced in miniscule quantities in Tin City Paso Robles.
Winemaker's Tasting Notes: "Cool, windy climate Syrah from the volcanic undulations of San Luis Obispo. Viognier from the same site was cofermented for an exotic lift and glossed up mid palate. The Graff Clone of Syrah is rare, having been smuggled in from the Northern Rhone by the limestone lion and certified Burghound himself, Dr. Richard Graff. For followers of my Syrah, you’re going to love the light handed, rustic style, yet the early drinkability of this new babe in the manger."
