Pale gold with green hints. Very expressive, intense and complex nose with boxwood, rhubarb, blackcurrant, kiwi fragrances and a light vegetal touch (marigold). The entry is soft and round. Bright freshness on the palate, delicate and lively purity. Well balanced and harmonious, it ends with a clean lingering finish.
About the winery - Nestled in the picturesque village of Chavignol, in the renowned Sancerre region of France, lies the esteemed Domaine Vincent Delaporte. This family-run winery has stood the test of time, tracing its roots back to the 17th century, with a rich history of winemaking passed down from father to son. Since 2010, the winery has been under the careful stewardship of Vincent Delaporte's grandson, Matthieu Delaporte. Embracing a more organic approach, the vineyards have bid farewell to herbicides, opting for lower yields and judicious oak usage in the vinification process.
