From New York State, using Yamada Nishiki rice seeds from Japan and harvested in Arkansas, Dassai Blue 35 is milled down to 35% of the rice grain. This is a lovely and lively Sake with notes of tutti frutti, white cherry, and cherry blossoms. The texture is bold and creamy with a soft finish.
