Tasting Notes:
A nose rich in apple and pear and green melon gives this sake a deceptive sweet sensation. A very plush sake that is loaded with fruit basket flavors and has a very wine-like acidity presence with a long finish. Dassai 39 has more body and complexity than Dassai 45. The palate is elegant and balanced with a long dry finish.
Food Pairing Suggestion: The sweet nose and dry finish is an excellent match with Kaiseki Japanese cuisine. We also recommend this sake with Cantonese cuisine.
Milling Rate: 39%
Prefecture: Yamaguchi
