The epitome of Dalmore's house style, this Highland Single Malt is finished in different styles of aged Sherry casks including Apostoles, Amoroso, and Matusalem Oloroso.
Each hand selected sherry cask gifts the Dalmore 15 with its own individual characteristics and flavours, to compliment the base notes of soft vanilla and honey from the American white oak ex-bourbon barrels.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Whispers of Manuka honey, dark plum and cracked black pepper, and hints of clove.
Palate: Morello cherries and dates, elevated with notes of candied Seville orange, fresh figs and light cacao.
Finish: Rich plum complemented by moist ginger cake, roast chestnut, and soft wood spice.
