Ultra-premium Sake producer, Daishichi makes this Kimoto Shizuku free-run sake in the traditional method, and they received the first Gold Medal for a Kimoto Daiginjo in the history of the Japanese National Competition. With everything hand-crafted, there is a meticulous effort in selecting the perfect grains of Yamadanishiki rice GRAIN BY GRAIN! The sake is then aged to achieve the perfect matured flavor it is known for, finished with a hand-blown Murano glass bottle, and adorned with a pewter shield on the bottle and a glass cap made in Germany. This sake is profoundly complex with a deep richness and almost chewy texture. Daishichi Myoka Rangyoku Daiginjo is truly a sake of considerable character. Daishichi only gives the title "Myoka Rangyoku" to sake in years when they believe they have attained the highest level possible.
