Crater Lake Vodka begins with all-natural grains and some of the cleanest water in North America. It is then masterfully distilled and patiently filtered 10 times through charcoal and crushed volcanic rock and then aged slightly in oak. This is a time consuming and intensive process but it makes Crater Lake a vodka of quintessential refinement, cleanliness and exquisite clarity. The aromas are pristine, elegant minerals, light vanilla reminiscent of a relaxing breeze perfumed with hints of fruit tree blossoms. The flavors are cleansing with softly vibrant minerals that convey an unmitigated, lively balance that is diaphanous. The finish dangles with a cathartic fade. It is easy to enjoy this is lovely vodka on the rocks or in tasty cocktails.
