WINERY NOTES - So pale pink in color it would make other rosés blush. As crisp as summer fruit and as fresh as the “dew of a night”. The “Rosé d’une Nuit” takes its name from how it is made. Nights are short during the harvest, only 4 to 6 hours, as is the maceration process. An intensely fruity and gourmet gamay, this wine is a godsend for summertime cooking!
Delicate fruits in the bouquet with notes of white flowers, lots of fruit expression on tasting, with freshness and roundness in the mouth.
