Fruit Loops Rouge is a fun and dark blend of 50% Blaufrankisch, 25% Cabernet Franc, and 25% Syrah. This is the perfect balance between a bright crunchy red, and juicy dark fruit, combined with light tannins and grippy structure. This wine has lovely depth from some time spent developing in old neutral oak. A playful and alternative to a Loire Valley red. Look for flavors of blueberry, plum, sour cherry and pomegranite. Fruit Loops undergoes spontaneous fermentation in clay amphora for 13-15 days. Carbonic maceration occurs to 20% of the grapes for 4 days. This wine is unfiltered, and no sulfur is added.
