This natural wine made in amphora, is a blend of 50% Scheurebe, 25% Furmint, and 25% Riesling.
Hazy bright yellow in color, this is a lively, dry wine, extremely fresh, yet exquisitely fragrant and kaleidoscopic, reflecting its different varietials, all along with good minerality and acid. The palate reveals a whisper of sea spray, kumquat, passionfruit, lemon pith, and exotic flowers. A little wildness on the nose is to be expected. Serve chilled. 11.5% ABV.
