It is made of 100% Japanese Yuzu Lemon, is lightly sweet, partly tart and a hint of bitterness from the Yuzu zest. Excellent in a Margarita, or mix with sparkling wine, or better yet, Mix with Sparkling Plum Wine for a "Yuzumosa" (a variation on the Mimosa)... we tried it... it is dangerous and delicious!
