The blanco 's attack is full and mellow, while complex and marginally intense. Moderate white pepper, chamomile, citrus, and smoke is layered with hints of caramel in the aroma with tons of earthy agave. The mouth feel is dry and medium, while the flavors follow the aroma. A medium to long hot finish, a little bitter and moderately sweet. The flavor finishes off with pure agave sprinkled with smoke and a good cream soda.
