This wine comes from one hectare of Gamay in Bois d'Oingt which produces all of our rosé. Siliceous-clay soil giving light and fruity wines. Guyot pruning. Sustainable agriculture, manual harvest, Vinification: ull-fledged vintage obtained by direct pressing just after picking. No yeasting, no chaptalization, minimum SO2.
