Chêne Bleu, Vaucluse Viognier is a confidential cuvée, which was barrel-fermented and spent 7 months in barriques (no newer than third use). It's a lush, medium to full-bodied white wine with the variety's hallmark floral and apricot notes. With its exotic fruit, plush texture and long, slightly oily finish, it's a fine alternative to Condrieu (and surpasses many).
