VINOUS 92 POINTS - "The 2022 Pouilly-Fuissé Les Brulés 1er Cru marks a return for this cuvée as the previous vintage was deemed too small (2hl/ha!) to bottle separately (this was partly due to the season and partly due to part of the vineyard being uprooted). The soil here is deep marn and 100% oak fermented. It has an attractive bouquet with citrus fruit and hints of praline and almond and is well-defined and focused. The palate is well-balanced with great depth and counterbalancing acidity, quite Chassagne in style. The 2022 is complex on the finish, with menthol and chamomile developing in the glass."
