The Domaine du Cellier aux Moines was founded around 1130 in Givry by the Cistercian monks of the abbey of La Ferté, the first daughter of the abbey of Citeaux. Forgotten, it was acquired in 2004 by Philippe and Catherine Pascal and their children who restored it and brought it back to life in 2006. The Estate covers 10 hectares including 5 hectares of the historic Clos du Cellier aux Moines. The Domaine du Cellier aux Moines was certified organic from the 2020 vintage.
