Since the inception of Castle & Key, we have looked forward to sharing our bourbon with the world. Now our Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey is a shining example of how patience and dedication to crafting quality spirits from scratch pays off. The first proprietary bourbon distilled and released by Castle & Key at the historic Old Taylor Distillery in nearly five decades is a nod to where we came from and taste of what’s to come.
Tasting Notes,
Nose: Sugar Cookie, Honeycomb, Peach, Lemon Zest, Thyme, Baked Cinnamon
Palate: Juicy Peach, Baked Brown Sugar, Maple Pancake, Cinnamon, Clove
Finish: Medium Body, Bright Clove, Cardamon, Light Maple
